Elisa Morris is the owner of Settlement Works, LLC and resident settlement attorney. Elisa graduated summa cum laude from Widener University with a B.A. in Psychology. She went on to graduate from Widener University School of Law in 2010 then was admitted to the Pennsylvania and Delaware bars shortly thereafter. Although Elisa began her career in the field of health care law, she transitioned into the field of residential real estate in 2014. Quickly becoming an active member of the real estate community, her service efforts led to her being honored as the New Castle County Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year in 2016 and a directorship appointment to that board in 2017. Elisa also currently serves as the vice chair for the real and personal property section of the Delaware Bar. She has volunteered her time on many committees and charitable fundraising events over the years as well as providing education to realtors and homebuyers.

 

Elisa resides in Middletown and when she is not hard at work as an attorney; she enjoys traveling, cooking (as well as eating) and  spending time with her family, friends and three Boston Terriers.
